At Genesis I lead business innovation, including new AI products and data centre ventures. Earlier, at Cxrus Solutions, I led the business process re-engineering that prepared the company to scale.

Digital Transformation LeaderExecution

Moving organisations from intention to working systems. As Technical Services & Operations Director at Genesis, I led three teams of 27 people, nearly half the company, across technical services, service desk and data centre operations at an ISO 27001 certified provider. Before that I was a director at CHASSasia, heading solutions and project services, and in Dell's Global Infrastructure Consulting Services team I managed more than 150 partner staff across 25+ concurrent projects.

AI EvangelistAdoption

NVIDIA-certified in AI infrastructure and operations, I explain AI in business terms to boards and staff, and help organisations adopt it safely, from private on-premise AI to GPU data centres.

Professional TrainerPeople

Training has run through my whole career. At Synovate I was selected as a global trainer alongside my technical work, a role usually held by qualified accountants, and delivered training to 77 sites across three time zones. Today I am an HRD Corp accredited trainer. I have trained teams in Singapore, South Korea, the UK, France, Spain, Belgium and Canada, because transformation only lasts when people can use what is built.
